St Peter Sr.[/font], by the Ellsworth District Court, Docket No. ELLDC-RE-15-3, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Stephen St. Peter a/k/a Stephen J. St. Peter to Ameriquest Mortgage Company dated October 11, 2004 and recorded in the Hancock County Registry of Deeds in Book 4045, Page 1, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, November 3, 2016, commencing at 12:00 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
