Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered June 20, 2016 in the action entitled [font=font36821]Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Daniel L. Cornwell[/font], by the Newport District Court, Docket No. NEWDC-RE-15-21, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Daniel L. Cornwell to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. dated August 5, 2011 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 12558, Page 80, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on T[font=font36821]hursday, November 3, 2016, commencing at 11:45 AM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
