Bangor Natural Gas Company is pleased to announce the installation of Natural Gas this summer on Mill Street in the town of Orono, Maine and has applied for a utility locating permit. The new natural gas line will be extended 460' down Mill Street from the existing 2" gas line on Pleasant Street to serve the Thai Orchid Restaurant. The permit application is available for review at the Orono town office.
Any person, firm or corporation claiming to be adversely affected by this proposed location, shall file a written objection to Rob Yerxa with the town of Orono stating the cause of the said objection within 14 days after the publication of this notice. This new gas line extension will now bring low cost, reliable, environmentally friendly natural gas to residential and commercial properties along this route.
