The University of Maine, located in Orono, Maine, desires to procure services for land use permitting. The selected firm will provide these services in support of operations as managed by the Office of Facilities Management (FM). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks qualified firms to submit proposals with the intention of providing these services for a term of one (1) year. The contract agreement may be extended for additional one (1) year terms upon mutual written agreement up to a maximum of five (5) years total service.
