The Department of Veterans and Emergency Management is conducting a competitive bid process for the Bangor Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) Drill Hall Floor Repair Project, Bangor AFRC, Bangor, Maine , Project Number 23SR18-452, BGS Project Number 2989, Bid Number 19-014 at Bangor AFRC Facility, 300 Hildreth Street North, Bangor, Maine. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Directorate of Facilities and Engineering (DFE) Building 8, 194 Winthrop Street, Augusta, Maine at [font=font36821]2:30 p.m. on 20 September 2018.[/font]
[font=font57991]The Work of this Contract includes the stripping of the existing paint surface, repair of all concrete cracks, leveling and sealing of approximately 6,160 square feet of existing concrete floor. The Contractor shall furnish and install all items in accordance with Plans and Specifications developed by Directorate of Facilities Engineering. A prebidding conference will be held at the project site on 13 September 2018 at 9 am. Project site is located at 300 Hildreth Street North, Bangor, Maine. This prebidding conference is mandatory for general contractors and optional for sub-contractors.[/font]
