The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing under the provisions of Section 4.1, Site Plan Review, and Section 4.2, Conditional Uses, of the Hampden Zoning Ordinance on Wednesday August 8, 2018, at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Office, 106 Western Ave, Hampden, ME. LTZ Holdings, LLC proposes a new 3,512 square foot building with associated parking and outdoor dog play areas on Carey Drive in the Hampden Business and Commerce Park, Tax Map 10B, Lot 25. The use is classified as a Kennel (G-6) in Section 3.1.3, the Use Table in the Zoning Ordinance. This site is in the Industrial Park district. The application may be reviewed at the Town Office during regular business hours.
