Brownly to Peoples Heritage Savings Bank dated October 6, 1997 and recorded in the Aroostook County - Southern Registry of Deeds in Book 3069, Page 102, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, August 23, 2018, commencing at 9:15 AM, at Philip K.
