Chad A. Ryan, Personal Representative of the Estate of Joseph C. Hamel[/font], by the Maine District Court, Division of Newport, Docket No. NEWDC-RE-16-45, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Joseph C. Hamel to Fleet Bank of Maine and dated August 27, 1999 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 7173 at Page 123, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the Estate of Joseph C. Hamel, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

The property is located at Irish Road, Carmel, Penobscot County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction.
