Please take notice that OTM Holdings, LLC, 24 Portland Street, PO Box 402, Old Town, ME 04468, 207-951-2729, is intending to file on or about February 7, 2018, an application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection ("Department") for the transfer of all Department-issued licenses concerning
the facility or project located at 24 Portland, Street, Old Town, Maine.
Processing of the application will occur pursuant to Water Pollution Control laws 38 MRSA, §§411-424-B; Site Location of Development laws 38 MRSA §§481-489-F; Protection and Improvement of Air laws, 38 MRSA §§581-610-D; and Maine Hazardous Waste, Septage and Solid Waste Management Act, 38 MRSA §§1301-1319-Y and the Department's Rules Concerning the Processing of Applications and Other Administrative Matters, 06-096 CMR 2.
The transfer application is for Global Permit Transfer of all Maine DEP licenses, permits, certificates, requisitions, applications and decisions concerning the Old Town Mill facility and its operation purchased by OTM Holdings, LLC.
Requests for the Board of Environmental Protection to assume jurisdiction over the application or requests for a hearing on the application must be submitted to the Department in writing no later than 20 days after the application is accepted as complete for processing.
The application and supporting documentation are available for review at the Department of Environmental Protection offices in Augusta, or at appropriate Department regional offices during normal working hours.
A copy of the application and supporting documentation may also be reviewed at the municipal office in: Old Town, Maine
