Bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly identified with, "Sealed Bid for WCAP Mid-Coast Public Transportation Vehicle #6." written on it.
All bids must be received in the WCAP Administrative Office, 9 Field Street, Belfast, ME 04915 by 9:00 a.m., February 16, 2018. If mailed, the bid submission should be sent to WCAP Administrative Office, P.O. Box 130, Belfast, ME 04915.
WCAP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Bids will be opened at 12:00 p.m., February 16, 2018 in the Mid-Coast Public Transportation office.
