Pursuant to 31 M.R.S.A. §1600, [font=font36821]Central Street, LLC (the "Company")[/font], a Maine Limited Liability Company with a principal office located at Bangor, Maine and a registered office located at Bangor, Maine, gives notice that it has dissolved its existence effective as of December 31, 2017.
Any person with a claim against the Company must notify the Registered Agent of the Company of any such claim at the following address:

Notice of any claim against the Company must set forth the name, address and telephone number of the person making the claim, the amount of the claim and a detailed description of the claim.
