The Maine Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management (DVEM) wishes to procure Construction Phase Commissioning Services - Maine Army National Guard, Northern Maine Readiness Center, PN 230135 located in Presque Isle, Maine. Qualifications packages are due at 4:00 PM on February 16, 2018 at Camp Keyes-BLDG 8, 194 Winthrop Street, Augusta, Maine 04333-0033, Attention: Mr. Marc Dube, Project Manager.
The scope of Construction Phase Commissioning Services required includes but is not limited to: pre-requisite and enhanced commission services as outlined in the Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Green Building Rating System 3.0, Commissioning of the Building Envelope, Air Barrier Testing, Thermal Imaging, Blower Door Testing, Commissioning of the Mechanical, Plumbing, Life Safety, Electrical, and other specialty systems.
