Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered July 28, 2017 in the action entitled [font=font57991]David W. McLellan v. John N. Southard[/font], by the Maine District Court, Bangor, Docket No. BANDC-RE-17-19, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by John N. Southard to David W. McLellan dated April 17, 2012 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 12789, Page 322, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]December 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Holman, Howard & Guecia, 298 Main Street, Yarmouth, Maine[/font]. The property is located at 923 Spring Bridge Road, Greenbush, Maine, as described in said mortgage. The sale will be by public auction.
