Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered June 9, 2017 in the action entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1 v. Samantha M. Cote-Rothlauf et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No. BANDC-RE-16-160, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Samantha M. Cote-Rothlauf to Option One Mortgage Corporation dated December 16, 2005 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 10242, Page 84, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

The property is located at 13 Jefferson Street, Old Town, Penobscot County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder.
