Please take note that Sprague Operating Resources LCC located at Mack's Point - Trundy Road in Searsport, Maine 04974 (207-548-2531) is intending on filing an [font=font36821]Marine Oil Terminal Facility Renewal License[/font] application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) pursuant to the provisions of [font=font36821]Title 38 M.R.S.A. § 541-560 and 06-096 C.M.R. ch, 600 of the Department's Oil Discharge Prevention and Pollution Control Regulations[/font] on September 5th, 2017. The application is for June 15th, 2017, Renewal of Marine Oil Terminal Facility License at Mack's Point - Trundy Road, Searsport, Maine 04974.
A request for a public hearing or a request that the Board of Environmental Protection assume jurisdiction on this application, must be received by the Department, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is accepted by the Department as complete for processing. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application.
The application and supporting documentation are available for review at Department offices in Augusta, located in the Ray Building on the AMHI Complex off Hospital Street during normal working hours.
