Land for Maine's Future Program

Call for Proposals
The Land for Maine's Future (LMF) Board is seeking proposals for land conservation projects using funding from approximately $4.5 million in Land for Maine's Future (LMF) bond funds approved by Maine voters. The Board is soliciting the following types of projects: Conservation and Recreational lands, Farmland, and Water Access.

Eligible applicants include non-profit land conservation organizations, counties, cities, towns and state agencies. Contact Sarah Demers, LMF Director, 207-287-7576 with any questions.
Proposals must be submitted to the Land for Maine's Future Program, 22 SHS, 18 Elkins Lane, Augusta, ME 04333-0022. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 pm, local time, no later than September 1, 2017. Proposals not received at the Land for Maine's Future aforementioned address by the aforementioned deadline will not be considered for an award.
