The Van Buren Housing Authority is requesting bids for the renovation of 23 bathrooms in the 40 unit complex at Kennedy Terrace.
Bids will be for 23 units with the option of completing the rest of the 17 units when the funds become available this summer.
Work items will include new floors, sink base installation, new tub kits, changing shower faucets and changing the tub drain plumbing.
