Dubay to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns dated July 22, 2009 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 11858, Page 27, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, May 25, 2017, commencing at 12:15 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
