Public Hearings: February 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th, 2017 in Room 228 State House. The TAXATION portions of the Biennial Budget "An Act Making Unified Appropriations and Allocations for the Expenditures of State Government, General Fund and Other Funds, and Changing Certain Provisions of the Law Necessary to the Proper Operations of State Government for the Fiscal Years Ending June 30, 2018 and June 30, 2019" (The LD number has not yet been assigned). The proposed budget initiatives may be viewed at http://legislature.maine.gov/documents/ros?aiv%5Bdocuments.title%5D=2018&tt=documents 2018-2019 Part A - Governor's Biennial Budget contains all Departments and their associated programs (each in alphabetical order) with program initiatives changing baseline appropriations and allocations. 2018-2019 Part B - Governor's Biennial Budget (which is not part of the public hearings) contains approved reclassifications and range changes. 2018-2019 Language contains the proposed language.
