Anderson to BankAmerica Housing Services, a Division of Bank of America, FSB dated July 2, 1997 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 6435, Page 88, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, January 5, 2017, commencing at 1:15 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
