Maine State Housing Authority Request for Proposals for Property Preservation, Maintenance and Inspection Services Maine State Housing Authority (MaineHousing) is requesting proposals from qualified candidates to perform property preservation, maintenance and inspection services for single-family properties throughout Maine with delinquent or foreclosed loans. MaineHousing is a quasi-governmental organization. The RFP may be reviewed on MaineHousing's Website www.mainehousing.org.
