Wendy Vaughan et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Belfast, Docket No.: RE-16-36, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Wendy Vaughan to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan, its successors and/or assigns dated November 3, 2005 and recorded in the Waldo County Registry of Deeds in Book 2855, Page 25, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
